Taylor Swift has reportedly splashed out $1.4million for a luxury home for her parents. The 21-year-old country singer is said to have bought the three-bedroom, 5,000 square-foot estate in Nashville for Andrea and Scott Swift. According to Us Magazine, the 1920s built property boasts a blue stone terrace and a massive outdoor fireplace. "It's an incredible house," a source said. "Taylor's been visiting her parents there and she's so excited for them." The Grammy award winner, who splits her time between Nashville and California, has also invested in a Los Angeles home for herself. A second source explained, "She is in LA so much - and she was paying a fortune in hotel charges."

The country singer and the ‘Tron: Legacy’ actor are allegedly getting close after they met up for a low-key date last Friday (01.04.11) in Nashville, where Taylor is currently recording.

The 26-year-old hunk – who also starred in ‘Country Strong’, playing an up and coming country singer – joined Taylor at a restaurant at 8.00pm before returning to his hotel at 12.30am.
The ‘You Belong With Me’ star’s romantic life has been varied of late, with the 21-year-old blonde breaking up with Jake Gyllenhaal last year, before being linked to ‘Glee’ star Chord Overstreet. She has also dated musicians Joe Jonas and Jon Mayer.

Singer-actress Taylor Swift insists she has no intention of shedding her clothes to sell her records because she doesn't feel comfortable doing so.
"I like wearing pretty dresses and I like trying out new styles, but I don't feel comfortable taking my clothes off," contactmusic.com quoted her as saying.
"I wouldn't wear tiny amounts of clothing in my real life, so I don't think it's necessary to wear that stuff in photoshoots."
And her firm stance has worked - when asked if magazine editors ever try to tempt her to dress more provocatively, she replied: "Not anymore, no."
